I have been involved in sports all my life.  In the early stages I competed in trampolining to a high standard winning many trophies and medals.

Then I found a taste for netball which I still actively compete in and also coach.

I've been a regular gym user since I was old enough to join and I am still amazed how things are changing and progressing for the better.

During my stay with a particular gym, I was involved in an aerobic dance troupe which carried out displays in various promotional events in shopping centres, clubs and sporting events.  It was from this I completed my Certificate in Exercise to Music.

I then went onto having my first child.  Although very active I struggled with my weight and finding time to exercise and someone who understood how hard it was.

After eventually losing the weight I became pregnant with my second child.  With a lot of hard work I managed to the lose the baby weight.

I worked for several years in the building industry in administration but knew this was not my passion so completed my Diploma in Personal Training and the rest is history.

If you set your mind to it, you can achieve anything.  All it takes is dedication and motivation.

Your body is a great adapter.
